Responsibilities

• Lead full talent acquisition lifecycle for the defined service area
• Provide guidance to TA team leads and colleagues
• Manage recruiting, screening, hiring, onboarding of diverse talent pipelines
• Collaborate across TA areas to standardize processes and strategy
• Develop and implement TA strategy, policy, and governance
• Oversee vendor/contract relationships aligned with national TA goals
• Measure and report on KPIs and value delivery
• Foster growth, learning, and diversity across the team
