Job summary

Trinity Health in Illinois or Indiana is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Leader who will oversee the full TA lifecycle across a defined ministry, division, or service area. You will partner with HR and business leaders to optimize operations and performance.

Lead a team of TA professionals, standardize processes, and drive growth through strategic recruitment, onboarding, and vendor management. Requires 7+ years in TA and 2+ years of people management; residency in IL or IN is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition with regional scope.
• Minimum of two (2) years of people management experience.
• Must reside in the assigned region (IL or IN).
• Master’s degree and HR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle within the respective service area or functional area of focus.
• Provides leadership to TA Team Leads and colleagues; guides recruiting, screening, hiring and onboarding of high-quality diverse talent pipelines.
• Enables collaboration across TA System Services Areas to ensure consistency and integration of strategy and operations.
• Leads standardization and optimization of people, process, and performance via policy and best practices.
• Provides TA solutions to support growth strategy and partnerships with internal and external vendors.
• Aligns with enterprise TA strategy and governance; measures outcomes with KPIs.
