Job summary

Richemont Americas is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead regional ESG initiatives aligned with the group’s strategy. You will work across Maisons and Functions in the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil to translate strategy into actionable programs, drive data collection and reporting, and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading End-of-Life and circularity projects, developing ESG data plans, ensuring compliance with standards such as GRI/TCFD, and coordinating training and audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environment/sustainability/business strategy and operations.
• 5+ years’ experience in corporate ESG/sustainability strategy and reporting.
• Experience in a matrix organization and cross-functional project delivery.
• Knowledge of GRI, SASB, IFRS, TCFD and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-of-Life/circularity projects across Richemont Maisons.
• Develop ESG data response plans and regional reports.
• Ensure compliance with global frameworks and group standards.
• Design training curricula and support stakeholder education.
• Coordinate audits and certification processes (SMETA, etc.).
