Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Regional Sustainability Operations Analyst to support energy, water, and waste program goals. Based onsite in Seattle and Arlington, VA, you will transform sustainability data into actionable insights for decision-making across GCS programs and regions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, quantify program impact, and monitor ROI, costs, and performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in similar analyst role.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large data set management.
• Preferred proficiency in SmatSheets, SQL, Python, VBA Macros, Tableua, or PowerBI

Responsibilities

• Provide support to sustainability team, specific to energy, water, and waste program goals, collaborating with team members as needed
• Able to quantify impact of programs and policies
• Improve upon processes and procedures for data collection and monitoring to support data analytics. Ensure adherence and on-going tracking of results
• Monitor financial performance of all initiatives. Work with team to track and improve performance with proactive use of data
• Calculate Return on Investment (ROI) through Cost Benefit Analysis on new pilots and programs related to carbon, waste and water
• Optimize relationships with utility, municipal, and technology partners to improve performance and reduce program costs
• Establish strong working relationships with workstreams to deliver against KPI targets
