Hissho Sushi, Inc. is seeking a Regional Supervisor to lead and coordinate operational aspects across assigned locations in the United States. The role involves upholding our strategic philosophy and driving sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will promote, develop, coordinate, and oversee all regional operations, working closely with Regional Management and franchisees in business operations, reporting to the Regional Manager.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drives improvement in sales and profit through marketing and branding initiatives.
• Achieves sales, profit, quality and customer service goals.
• Monitors customer service, product quality, sanitation/HACCP protocols and product compliance.
• Trains, motivates and develops Company Chefs and Franchisees to achieve high morale and efficient use of human resources.
• Develops relationships with retail and food service partners to ensure the company is the preferred supplier.
• Recruit and supervise Company Chefs and Franchisees.
• Visits units regularly to inspect operations.
• Interfaces with clients to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Resolves client and customer satisfaction issues.
