Job summary

Hissho Sushi, Inc. is seeking a Regional Supervisor to lead and coordinate operating activities across assigned locations in Minnesota/Wisconsin. You will drive sales, uphold our culture, and ensure customer satisfaction while overseeing operations with Regional Management and franchisees.

A strong background in restaurant or food-service operations is preferred. You will travel to units, mentor team members, and partner with franchisees to maintain high standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• Sushi experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drives increases in per unit sales and profit through marketing initiatives.
• Achieves sales, profit, quality and customer service goals.
• Monitors customer service, product quality, sanitation/HACCP protocols and product compliance.
• Trains and develops Company Chefs and Franchisees to improve morale and efficiency.
• Builds relationships with retail and food service partners to remain preferred supplier.
• Visits units regularly to inspect operations and ensure satisfaction.
