Responsibilities

• Assist in store openings, maintenance, and closing of sushi bar operations.
• Train chefs as necessary to ensure standards.
• Assist in the recruitment of chefs.
• May visit units to inspect operations.
• Understand local sanitation, health code laws, and weights and measures requirements.
• Ensure logs such as rice pH and temperature logs are maintained.
• Properly display and present products and educate customers about company products.
• Develop strong working relationships with retail and food service partners to maintain our position as preferred supplier.
• Work with the team to control costs and maintain consistency.
