LVI Associates is seeking a Survey Project Lead to provide regional leadership for its survey operations. You will partner with senior leadership to drive strategic growth, oversee operations, support business development efforts, and mentor local survey leaders across multiple offices.

The role shapes the vision, standards, and long-term success of the survey practice region-wide. Ideal candidates will hold a PLS license, a related bachelor's degree, and 10+ years of progressive surveying

Qualifications

• Requires PLS license and degree in Land Surveying or related field.
• Experience leading regional survey teams and multi-office coordination.
• Strong business development, client management, and strategic planning skills.
