Responsibilities

• Attend a regular, predictable schedule and perform duties as assigned.
• Order supplies to maintain adequate stock in the warehouse.
• Aid distribution and delivery of supplies to facilities and track items.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up on requisitions.
• Receive deliveries, verify condition, and handle discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support to managers and staff.
• Prepare, distribute and retain reports on inventory and operations.
• Assist with annual physical inventory and asset transfers as needed.
