Job summary

The Health & Human Services Commission in Corpus Christi seeks a Replenishment Support Group Lead to oversee 19 warehouses and coordinate standardized receiving and inventory management for HHSC agencies.

You will manage end-to-end replenishment, ensure accurate data in CAPPS FIN and MIMS, and lead staff training on procurement policies and contracts. This full-time role requires strong leadership and cost-control skills in a large state system.

Qualifications

• One year of supervising staff in procurement, inventory control, or related area preferred.
• Two years replenishing warehouse stock using state procurement guidelines and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Replenishment group and ensure accurate receipt information into CAPPS FIN and MIMS.
• Ensure orders align with blanket contracts and vendor performance.
• Monitor and improve replenishment processes, reporting to leadership.
• Develop and maintain training materials for staff in CAPPS FIN and MIMS.
• Prepare and analyze purchasing data and reports for compliance and cost control.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve product availability, quality and billing issues.
