Job summary

DOF is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize procurement, logistics, and inventory functions across the USA and CARICOM. The role focuses on supplier negotiations, cost reduction, risk management, and aligning regional activities with global supply chain standards.

You will partner with Operations, Projects, Technical, and Commercial teams to support subsea and offshore projects from tendering through execution, while developing regional strategies and leading a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Subsea Operations, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related roles within offshore, subsea, project delivery, oil and gas, or energy industries.
• Experience leading regional supply chain teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong negotiation, cost optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations across the USA and CARICOM region.
• Partner with Operations, Projects, Technical, and Commercial teams to support subsea and offshore projects from tendering through execution.
• Develop and implement sourcing, supplier, and logistics strategies that optimize cost, quality, service delivery, and operational performance.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and supplier performance to drive value and mitigate risk.
• Lead and develop the regional supply chain team while driving continuous improvement, standardization, and operational excellence.
• Travel and coordination with offshore/projects teams to ensure alignment with global supply chain standards and best practices.
