Job summary

Excelerate Energy LP seeks a veteran Regional SCM Leader to guide Americas procurement, logistics, and governance. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Projects, Finance and Legal to align regional plans with global SCM objectives and ensure risk-managed, cost-effective execution across fleets and major maintenance programs.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep experience in international logistics, supplier management, and ERP controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business, Engineering, or related field.
15+ years in progressive SCM with leadership responsibilities.
Experience with fleet operations, offshore projects, or major maintenance initiatives.
Knowledge of P2P processes, ERP controls, and SOX-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for regional SCM activities in the Americas.
Lead procurement strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
Oversee international logistics, freight forwarding, and cross-border movements.
Drive continuous improvement and effective ERP system utilization.
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Projects, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
