DOF is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Manager based in Houston, TX, to lead procurement, logistics, and inventory across the USA and CARICOM. You will align regional activities with global supply chain standards, drive supplier negotiations, and manage a regional team for cost optimization and risk mitigation.

The role requires 10+ years in offshore/subsea supply chain environments, with a track record of continuous improvement and collaboration with operations, projects, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or commercial roles within offshore, subsea, project delivery, oil and gas, or energy industries.
• Experience in supplier negotiations, cost optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Professional certifications in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or project management are advantageous.
• Relevant Subsea Project Procurement Management from EPC contractor is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations across the USA and CARICOM region.
• Partner with Operations, Projects, Technical, and Commercial teams to support subsea and offshore projects from tendering through execution.
• Develop and implement sourcing, supplier, and logistics strategies that optimize cost, quality, service delivery, and operational performance.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and supplier performance to drive value and mitigate risk.
• Lead and develop the regional supply chain team while driving continuous improvement, standardization, and operational excellence.
