Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Regional Process Specialist to support the North America Supply Chain with process expertise and system rollouts (M3, TMS, WMS). You will train regional teams, analyze processes, and drive continuous improvement across data-driven projects.

You will collaborate with global process specialists and regional users to ensure adherence and provide actionable feedback for enhancements. Strong English communication and analytics skills are required.

Qualifications

• Supply chain and logistics knowledge across domestic and international operations.
• Proficient in data analytics and BI tools (Power BI); Excel proficiency; VBA a plus.
• Define, measure, and optimize KPIs for supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and maintain complex reports for NAM Supply Chain operations.
• Define and report KPIs related to supply chain efficiency.
• Design dashboards and data-driven solutions integrating internal and external data.
• Serve as liaison between supply chain teams and other functions to drive improvements.
• Utilize AI, Power BI, and automation tools to streamline reporting and data collection.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage analytics projects from start to finish.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement data-backed process improvements.
• Perform regional and cross-functional ad hoc analyses and present insights to leadership.
