Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Senior Assistant DC Business Controller to strengthen financial reporting and control across our distribution centers in the region. You will analyze financial results, drive improvements, and collaborate with DC leadership to support profitable operations.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of finance experience, GAAP knowledge, and strong ERP/BI/Excel skills, with excellent English communication. Onsite role located in the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of controlling, finance, and accounting experience.
• Proficiency in ERP/BI/Excel and GAAP knowledge.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports and analyses to ensure high-quality information.
• Support internal control implementation and coordinate with regional managers for audits.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning and financial outcome tracking.
• Assist DC Controllers and regional managers to improve profitability and efficiency.
