Job summary

Waters is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Planner to ensure product availability across regions, deploying inventory, and managing replenishment. You will own OTIF metrics, safety stock, and data-driven dashboards to drive improvements.

The role partners with Commercial, Order Management, Distribution Centers, and Global Supply Planning to optimize service levels and inventory. A BS in related field and 1–3 years in planning are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Planning, Deployment Planning, Replenishment Planning, or related field.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and supply chain planning systems.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory deployment and replenishment plans to ensure product availability and service level targets are achieved.
• Manage regional inventory levels, safety stock parameters, and replenishment strategies.
• Monitor and drive performance against OTIF, backorder, inventory, DIOH, and E&O targets.
• Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize customer impact.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI, Excel, and SAP data.
• Serve as a reporting and analytics SME, driving standardization and automation across planning processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Order Management, Distribution Centers, Manufacturing Sites, and Supply Chain teams to resolve supply and inventory challenges.
• Provide planning support across multiple regions as business needs require.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and supply chain transformation projects.
