Job summary

Lidl US in Mebane, NC is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Supply Chain (Regional) to support the department's workflow and perform preliminary tasks for its supply chain teams. The role will align with one of the RDC sub-departments: Stock Management, Promotion Management, or Freshness.

You will process daily store and RDC communications, collect data, maintain reports, and prepare operations summaries to help the team run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Power Point).
• Ability to identify and resolve problems.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support to the Supply Chain team and contribute to an optimal flow of information.
• Process daily store and RDC communication.
• Perform data collection and maintenance for daily business activities.
• Prepare reports concerning supply chain operations.
• Update and maintain ad hoc department reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
