Responsibilities

• Order and maintain Center Store product levels using CAO.
• Train, coach, and influence associates to grow sales and reduce shrink.
• Partner with schedule writers to ensure replenishment and CAO activities are properly scheduled.
• Prioritize daily workload to ensure variety and selection is available.
• Set and achieve goals around continual in-stock service levels within Grocery, HBC, and DSD.
• Assist in planning proactively to address future business needs through replenishment activities.
• Maintain shelf allocations and replenish in accordance with policies.
• Support leadership to promote a culture reflecting brand and strategy.
• Contribute to budgeted financial results by minimizing SHRINK and managing inventory.
• Create a positive shopping experience with strong customer service.
• Control store expenses through proper ordering.
• Use CAO and inventory tools effectively.
• Ensure ordering/receiving adheres to policies.
• Observe and report unsafe conditions; report accidents to MOD.
• Assist with Center Store inventory on hand.
• Comply with local, state and federal regulations.
• Adhere to guidelines and complete training.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
