Job summary

Lidl is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Supply Chain (Regional) in the United States to support the department and assist with preliminary tasks across Stock Management, Promotion Management, and Freshness sub-departments.

The role focuses on information flow, daily communications, data collection, and reporting. Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Ability to identify and resolve problems.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support to the Supply Chain team and contribute to an optimal flow of information.
• Process daily store and RDC communication.
• Perform data collection and maintenance for daily business activities.
• Prepare reports concerning supply chain operations.
• Update and maintain ad hoc department reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
