We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and talented individuals towork as seasonal supervisors for Black Rocket technology programs. Westrongly encourage those who have completed or are working towardstheir supervisor or principal certification to apply!

This is an after school, seasonal position and you are expected towork the entire school year, following the prevailing local schooldistrict schedule. Black Rocket will TRAIN you! Regional Supervisors are enthusiastic, organized, and motivatedindividuals. They are confident in their ability to superviseinstructors, as well as interact with students, parents, and programdirectors. All applicants must have experience with managing schedulesor events, experience managing adults, and evidence of strong peopleskills. The ideal candidate will also have a background as a schoolsupervisor, school administrator, teacher leader, or similar.Classroom experience and knowledge of effective instructionalpractices and strong problem-solving skills are a plus. A strong techbackground is also a plus, but not required.

Requirements:

• Comfortable traveling throughout the Fort Bend ISD, includingmultiple school sites in a day/ week


• Experience managing adults, preferably in an education setting

Experience managing schedules or planning events

K-12 school experience ideal

Comfortable with a range of technology

Reliable transportation to multiple sites within your regionthroughout the day and ability to transfer up to 30 lbs of equipment

Knowledge of effective instructional practices

Comfortable giving feedback to and evaluating teachers

• Opportunities to supervise summer session staff available for acandidate who successfully completes the school year

Experience and Skills

• Comfortable traveling throughout the Fort Bend ISD throughout theday/ week


• Able to be on site from 3:00 - 5:30 daily


• Available to take calls from staff throughout the week as neededand manage call outs


• Experience managing adults, preferably in an education setting


• Experience managing schedules or planning events
