Job summary

Black Rocket Productions LLC. is seeking enthusiastic seasonal supervisors to support our technology programs. You will supervise instructors, interact with students and parents, and coordinate across multiple Vallejo sites.

Training is provided to empower you to manage schedules, events, and classroom practices effectively. The ideal candidate has experience managing adults in education, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to work evenings and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Comfortable traveling throughout the Vallejo City Unified School District to multiple sites.
• Experience managing adults, preferably in an education setting.
• Experience coordinating schedules or planning events.
• K-12 school experience is ideal.
• Tech-literate and comfortable with a range of technology.
• Reliable transportation for daily site visits and equipment transfers.
• Knowledge of effective instructional practices.
• Able to give feedback to and evaluate teachers.
• Committed to the full school year and available for training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise instructors and interact with students, parents, and program directors.
• Coordinate schedules across multiple sites within the region.
• Support teachers with feedback and evaluation as needed.
• Travel throughout Vallejo sites and manage event-related activities.

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and talented individuals towork as seasonal supervisors for Black Rocket technology programs. Westrongly encourage those who have completed or are working towardstheir supervisor or principal certification to apply!

This is a seasonal position for about 15-25 hours per week and youare expected to work the entire school year, following the prevailinglocal school district schedule. Black Rocket will TRAIN you! Regional Directors are enthusiastic, organized, and motivatedindividuals. They are confident in their ability to superviseinstructors, as well as interact with students, parents, and programdirectors. All applicants must have experience with managing schedulesor events, experience managing adults, and evidence of strong peopleskills. The ideal candidate will also have a background as a schoolsupervisor, school administrator, teacher leader, or similar.Classroom experience and knowledge of effective instructionalpractices and strong problem-solving skills are a plus. A strong techbackground is also a plus, but not required.
