Job summary

Black Rocket Productions LLC. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to supervise STEM after-school programs on a seasonal basis. The role involves coordinating schedules, supervising instructors, and engaging with students and parents across the Saugus School District.

The ideal candidate has experience managing adults in an education setting, a strong handle on instructional practices, and is comfortable with a range of technology. Training is provided, and travel to multiple sites is required.

• Reliable transportation to multiple sites within your region throughout the day and ability to transfer up to 30 lbs of equipment.
• Knowledge of effective instructional practices.
• Comfortable giving feedback to and evaluating teachers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise instructors and interact with students, parents, and program directors.

Supervisor for STEM Program - After School

Are you passionate about Video Games, App Design, Digital Movies,Robotics, or STEM? Do you love building up teachers to help them leadand inspire kids?

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and talented individuals towork as seasonal supervisors for Black Rocket technology programs. Westrongly encourage those who have completed or are working towardstheir supervisor or principal certification to apply!

This is a seasonal position for about 15-25 hours per week and youare expected to work the entire school year, following the prevailinglocal school district schedule. Black Rocket will TRAIN you! Regional Directors are enthusiastic, organized, and motivatedindividuals. They are confident in their ability to superviseinstructors, as well as interact with students, parents, and programdirectors. All applicants must have experience with managing schedulesor events, experience managing adults, and evidence of strong peopleskills. The ideal candidate will also have a background as a schoolsupervisor, school administrator, teacher leader, or similar.Classroom experience and knowledge of effective instructionalpractices and strong problem-solving skills are a plus. A strong techbackground is also a plus, but not required.
