Job summary

TriCore Reference Laboratories seeks a Site Supervisor for Northern New Mexico, based out of Santa Fe. You will oversee Patient Care Centers and a phlebotomy team, ensure QA standards, and coordinate with other departments to meet patient care needs.

Responsibilities include interviewing and selecting staff, managing workflow, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Travel to PCC sites is required as needed. High school diploma and 5+ years in a clinical lab with phlebotomy are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years in a clinical lab with phlebotomy experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of multiple PCC sites and coordinate activities.
• Interview and select candidates with HR and conduct evaluations.
• Monitor staffing, QA indicators, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Travel to Patient Care Center sites as needed.
