Job summary

TriCore, New Mexico’s largest laboratory, seeks a Supervisory professional to lead Patient Care Centers and Phlebotomists. You will supervise multiple PCC/PIO sites, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure quality standards while meeting patient care needs.

Travel to sites is required, and strong leadership is essential. Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least five years of supervisory experience in a clinical lab, with phlebotomy background and billing process knowledge.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Five years relevant clinical laboratory experience including phlebotomy.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of multiple PCC/PIO sites within a geographic area.
• Interview and hire candidates, coordinate with HR and managers.
• Monitor workflow, scheduling, timecards, QA indicators, and staff performance.
• Ensure staff understand billing processes and ABN/AFR usage.
• Travel to PCC sites as needed and maintain daily operation logs.
