Job summary

TriCore Reference Laboratories in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Supervisor, Patient Care Centers to oversee operations of the PCCs and PIOs, coordinate with HR and managers, and ensure quality standards. Travel to remote PCC sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years relevant experience in a clinical laboratory setting (including phlebotomy).
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of multiple sites over a geographical area.
• Interview and select candidates; coordinate with HR and Manager.
• Monitor QA indicators and report findings in a timely manner.
• Develop staffing strategies and scheduling to meet workload needs.
• Travel to PCC/PIO sites as needed.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
