Job summary

Colorado Department of Corrections seeks a Regional Supervising Clinician to oversee Outpatient and MAT services. This role provides clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians across facilities, ensuring effective delivery of services and adherence to ASAM and BHA guidelines.

You will coordinate training, supervise data reporting, and collaborate with Health Services Admin. Frequent travel to facilities is required, with a hybrid work arrangement in Pueblo and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• Must possess one or more current, valid licenses from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies: LAC, CSW, LPC, Psychologist or MFT.
• Two years of licensed or license candidacy experience in substance use and/or mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional clinical and administrative supervision of outpatient and MAT clinicians.
• Oversee data reporting and quality assurance for service delivery and compliance.
• Coordinate staff schedules and leave requests; manage performance documentation.
• Deliver group and individual therapy to offenders in Outpatient and MAT services.
• Generate reports and provide recommendations to program and administrative staff.
• Provide training on core policies for Outpatient and MAT programs.
