State of Colorado in Pueblo seeks a qualified supervisor to oversee Substance Use Disorder staff within Therapeutic Community and outpatient programs. You will supervise clinical and administrative operations, develop treatment programs, and ensure compliance with department policies.

Must hold relevant Colorado licenses and have at least two years of licensed experience in SUD/MH. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a bi-weekly pay cycle, with the State of Colorado as the employer.

Qualifications

• Hold one or more current, valid licenses from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
• Two years of licensed or license candidacy experience in substance use and/or mental health.

Responsabilités

• Administrative supervision including staff scheduling and performance documentation.
• Clinical supervision: treatment planning, case conceptualization, and therapy delivery; maintain supervision records.
• Coordinate with outpatient treatment staff to deliver services.
• Oversee data entry and reporting for assessment and treatment activities.
• Develop standardized curricula and core policies for Therapeutic Communities within CDOC.
• Provide group and individual therapy to inmates and assist outpatient staff in services delivery.
• Prepare reports and monitor quality/compliance indicators; assist in quality improvement processes.
