Aufgaben

• Administrative supervision (approve leave requests, performance docs, staff schedules).
• Clinical supervision (treatment planning, case conceptualization, group/individual therapy).
• Coordinate with outpatient treatment staff to deliver services.
• Oversee data entry and reporting for assessment and treatment staff.
• Conduct and supervise quality assurance activities to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide summary reports to Substance Use Disorder Services and QA Officer.
• Develop standardized curriculum and core policies for Therapeutic Communities.
• Deliver group and individual therapy to inmates in the program.
• Assist outpatient staff in delivering services and care.
• Document quality indicators and generate feedback reports for staff.
• Collect and evaluate performance data and identify improvement needs.
• Collaborate with Health Services Administrator and Mental Health Supervisor on care level.
• Support Total Quality Improvement processes in Clinical Services.
• Attend monthly meetings and contribute to program planning.
• Prepare Therapeutic Community topic presentations for broad input.
• Assist in research and evaluation with SUD researchers and data staff.
• Provide training on treatment, develop plans, and assist in discharge summaries.
• Coordinate referral process for offenders to the therapeutic community program.
