Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Outpatient Services for the Behavioral Health Division. You will oversee development and management of outpatient service lines across an assigned region, focusing on patient safety, clinical excellence, and regulatory adherence.

The role requires travel up to 50% and supports a hybrid schedule with onsite locations and home-office work across AK, WA, OR, WY, UT, NV.

Qualifications

• Several years of progressive behavioral health experience in multi-site strategic growth.
• Experience within an outpatient setting, including program & service-line development and scaling.
• Proven track record of driving performance and improving access to care.
• Strong understanding of outpatient behavioral health service delivery models including PHP, IOP, Traditional Outpatient, and Telehealth.
• License: LCSW, LMFT, LPC or LMHC or related is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and management of outpatient service lines across an assigned region.
• Drive innovation, performance improvement, and team development across regionally assigned markets spanning multiple states.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while aligning with regulatory standards and clinical best practices.
