Job summary

DOF is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, logistics, and inventory across the USA and CARICOM. You will coordinate with Operations, Projects, Technical and Commercial teams to support subsea and offshore projects from tendering through execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in supply chain roles within energy sectors; professional certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or commercial roles.
Experience in offshore, subsea, project delivery, oil and gas or energy sectors advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead regional procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations across the USA and CARICOM.
Partner with Operations, Projects, Technical and Commercial teams to support subsea/offshore projects from tender through execution.
Develop and implement sourcing, supplier and logistics strategies to optimize cost, quality, service and performance.
Manage strategic supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and supplier performance to drive value and mitigate risk.
Lead and develop the regional supply chain team and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
