Orangetheory Fitness - Camarillo Fitness Management Holdings LLC is seeking a Studio Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and develop staff across the studio. You will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, managing budgets, and ensuring a high-energy, member-focused environment.

As a dynamic leader with fitness industry experience, you will mentor the team, optimize processes, and ensure member satisfaction while coordinating with the corporate brand standards.

Formación

• 2–3 years of sales leadership and management experience in fitness (preferred).
• Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing teams: hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all studio operations: sales, staffing, scheduling, and facility management.
• Drive revenue via lead generation, community outreach, and in-studio marketing.
• Oversee the sales process from inquiry to membership conversion with metrics focus.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff to maintain high performance.
• Conduct coaching, evaluations, and performance reviews to develop staff.
• Plan events and member engagement initiatives to build community.
• Ensure adherence to policies, systems, and brand standards.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and handle escalated concerns.
• Manage budgets, payroll, inventory, cost controls, and vendor relations.
• Keep the facility clean, safe, and fully operational.
