Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple Pilates studios. The role involves guiding General Managers, driving memberships, managing staff, and leading sales initiatives in a fast-paced district setting.

The DM will supervise revenue streams (memberships, retail, private training) and implement strategies to reduce attrition while ensuring compliance with company policies. Fitness industry knowledge is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-location retail, service, or fitness sales management.
• Experience leading General Managers and Sales Associates.
• Proven ability to manage revenue streams across locations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts and membership growth across multiple studios.
• Oversee district-level grassroots marketing and community networking.
• Guide General Managers in executing the sales process to drive intro classes.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing across all studios.
• Monitor inventory and oversee staffing and training.
• Hire, train, and manage General Managers and Sales Associates.
• Analyze revenue and attendance reports via ClubReady and take corrective actions.
• Ensure studios maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and promotions to generate leads.
• Attend and organize networking events and studio promotions.
• Provide high-level customer service oversight and resolve escalated issues.
• Any other duties as assigned.
