The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on operational oversight across locations. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multi-location fitness sales management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in multi-location retail or fitness sales management.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead General Managers and Sales Associates.
• Experience overseeing revenue streams (memberships, retail, training) across locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented with data management skills.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities; Pilates knowledge preferred.
• Reliable, professional demeanor with strong appearance standards.
• Proficiency with studio management software and basic tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales growth strategies and membership initiatives across studios.
• Oversee grassroots marketing and community networking at district level.
• Guide General Managers in executing sales processes to convert prospects.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure proper staffing across all locations.
• Monitor retail and inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Hire, train, and supervise General Managers and Sales Associates.
• Analyze revenue and attendance data and take corrective actions.
• Ensure studios maintain cleanliness and align with company standards.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and district procedures.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and district-level promotions.
