Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Political Science, International Relations, International Development, Social Sciences or related discipline with 12 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree (or equivalent) in the above fields with 10 years of relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to the GPO Director on financial stewardship, operational excellence and performance.
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of strategic corporate initiatives across GPO.
• Lead the Operations Management Group and coordinate cross-regional initiatives for sustainable results.
• Plan and allocate resources (human, financial, administrative) to achieve goals with cost-effective use of resources.
• Oversee internal controls and performance across regions, guiding actions to meet targets.
• Engage with HQ units and internal stakeholders to reflect portfolio needs in HQ-led initiatives.
• Develop and implement a performance monitoring and quality assurance system for GPO performance measures.
