Job summary

UNOPS Global Portfolios Office in New York seeks a Senior Portfolio Advisor to provide strategic oversight of global portfolios, align objectives with corporate priorities, and support executive reporting. You will lead portfolio performance analyses, develop BI dashboards, and guide risk management and financial oversight to ensure compliant, data‑driven decisions.

Collaborating with Support Services teams, you’ll strengthen internal controls, enhance data integrity, and advance governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years in finance, risk, or project management.
• Master’s degree with 7+ years in related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of Google Suite and BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee formulation of annual portfolio targets aligned with strategy and risk controls.
• Lead KPI performance analysis and advise senior management on interventions.
• Drive portfolio risk management and financial oversight across portfolios.
• Lead BI dashboards and automated reporting to reduce manual work.
• Ensure compliance with UNOPS policies and audit readiness.
