The role requires cultural fluency, regulatory awareness, and investment discipline across GCC markets and broader corridors.

Candidates should have 10+ years in investing or related fields with proven geopolitical risk assessment and strong English skills;

Qualifications

• 10+ years in investing, corporate development, government relations/economic strategy, or regional Partner roles.
• Ability to translate Middle East policy into commercial outcomes.
• Excellent judgement on geopolitical, regulatory and counterparty risk.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead IMan’s Middle East regional strategy and investment planning roadmap.
• Analyze government visions, incentive programmes, free-zone frameworks and sector priorities.
• Identify equity investment, co-investment and strategic partnership pathways.
• Engage sovereign-linked entities, family offices, accelerators and corporate ventures.
• Prepare regional theses, risk assessments and investment recommendations for leadership.
• Support founders seeking Middle East market entry or capital relationships.
