Job summary

PER is working with a leading investment manager seeking an Associate to join its direct private equity team in Abu Dhabi. The role provides exposure to all aspects of the transaction process in a sector-agnostic, globally oriented remit. You will source and evaluate opportunities globally, conduct due diligence, prepare memos and models, and report to senior management. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in top-tier M&A or private equity and must relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Experience from a top-tier investment bank in M&A or private equity fund.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top university.
• Ability to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
