About the role

IMan Investment is appointing a Partner for Regional Strategy & Investment Planning covering the Middle East. You will navigate national diversification agendas, sovereign and quasi-sovereign ecosystems, and regulatory frameworks to identify high-conviction development opportunities across technology, energy transition, logistics, fintech and related themes.The role requires a Partner who can operate with cultural fluency, policy awareness and investment discipline across GCC markets and broader Middle East corridors.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead IMan’s Middle East regional strategy and investment planning roadmap
• Analyse government visions, incentive programmes, free-zone frameworks and sector priorities for opportunity signals
• Identify equity investment, co-investment and strategic partnership pathways with regional champions and global entrants
• Engage sovereign-linked entities, family offices, accelerators and corporate ventures where relevant
• Prepare regional theses, risk assessments and investment recommendations for firm leadership
• Support founders seeking Middle East market entry or capital relationships through IMan’s network
• Coordinate with Asia Pacific and North America teams on cross-border structuring and partnership design
• Represent IMan at key regional forums while maintaining rigorous opportunity filtering

Requirements

• 10+ years across investing, corporate development, government relations / economic strategy, or regional Partner roles
• Proven experience interpreting Middle East policy and institutional environments into commercial outcomes
• Established relationships across one or more GCC markets preferred
• Excellent judgement on geopolitical, regulatory and counterparty risk
• Strong English communication; Arabic language ability is a significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Willingness to travel within the region and collaborate across global time zones
