Job summary

The role blends project management with strategic technical thinking, guiding QA, handling high-level escalations, and working directly with stores to maximize value from POS, handheld devices, and clienteling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technology operations, IT project management, or retail systems support.
• Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate deployments across multiple locations.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating operational challenges into actionable technology adoption plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for store leadership consultations and training materials.
• Proven experience handling major technology escalations and guiding QA/testing processes.
• Experience with retail environments, network infrastructure, POS systems, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional execution of technology pilots, rollouts, and system upgrades.
• Partner with central IT and store leadership to evaluate store readiness and adjust rollout pacing.
• Coordinate QA, testing, and configuration management for zero-defect deployments.
