Job summary

Reasors Food Stores is seeking a dedicated trainee for its C-Store Full Time leadership development program. The role involves rotating through multiple locations to apply supervisory training and support Area and Store Managers.

You will develop core supervisory skills, manage shifts, coach Associates, and ensure consistent customer service while meeting store goals. Physical and scheduling flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a convenience store.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Basic math skills to handle cash, sales, and tax calculations.
• Ability to read procedures and follow company directions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer service and coaching.
• Willingness to work across multiple locations and shifts.
• Must complete training and updates within required timelines.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with company software.
