Job summary

Prisms VR, a San Francisco-based team transforming K12 STEM education with immersive VR, seeks a Regional Teacher Coach to lead professional development and classroom coaching across your region.

You will rapidly upskill educators in best-practice pedagogy, drive curriculum integration, and work with districts to align VR modules with standards. This role requires strong communication, collaborative spirit, and a passion for student-centered learning.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a STEM field or STEM education.
• 2–5 years of Grades 6–12 teaching experience.
• 2–3 years of curriculum development experience.
• Strong ability to translate standards into engaging lessons and VR activities.

Responsibilities

• Model exemplary lessons showcasing technology integration and math discourse.
• Lead in-classroom coaching sessions with side-by-side co-teaching.
• Guide rigorous lesson study to improve VR module design and facilitation.
• Lead curriculum integration conversations at district level to maximize impact.
• Develop and refine supporting PD materials.
• Support onboarding of new Prisms teachers and provide additional development.
