Job summary

Vesuvius USA is seeking a Regional Demand Planning Manager to oversee demand plans for Steel across NAFTA. This role involves collaboration with Sales, Supply Planning, and Operations to deliver consensus demand plans, driving accurate forecasting and continuous improvement in demand processes.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in demand planning and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Knowledge of SAP IBP and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in demand planning or integrated supply chain roles.
• Proven experience leading regional or multi-site demand planning processes.
• Hands-on experience with advanced planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the regional demand plan for Steel across NAFTA.
• Lead Demand Review meetings and formally release the demand plan.
• Ensure delivery of an unconstrained, consensus demand plan.
• Identify demand volatility and elevate insights to stakeholders.
