Job summary

Radley Staffing, LLC. seeks a hands-on Regional Operations Manager to maximize sales and profitability across three Dallas–Fort Worth locations. Based in Dallas, you will oversee Account Executives and Business Development Managers, travel across the DFW area, and drive growth and client retention.

You will coach teams, optimize branch operations, and lead strategic initiatives to expand opportunities while maintaining a high-performance culture across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in staffing with multi-location oversight.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop teams to meet sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, revenue growth, and client retention.
  • Willingness to travel between Houston-area branches and client sites as needed.

Job description

The primary responsibility of the Regional Operations Manager is to maximize sales and profitability across three Dallas–Fort Worth locations: Central Dallas, North Dallas, and Fort Worth. This role oversees the Account Executives and Business Development Managers assigned to each branch. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, and requires regular travel between branch offices and client sites throughout the DFW area.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a strong background in staffing, operations management, multi-location oversight, and business development. This role requires a proactive problem‑solver who can coach and develop teams, navigate operational challenges, and build lasting partnerships with clients while maintaining a high-performance culture across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities
Management and Development:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, expand existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor branch financial performance (P&L) and take action to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Build high-performing teams with a culture centered around accountability and fun
  • Develop and execute strategic plans by analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Drive sustainable sales growth by coaching Business Development Managers and Account Executives to consistently execute our sales process, strengthen existing client relationships, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Review client agreements and contract requirements to support new business, account growth, and ongoing client partnerships.
  • Direct and monitor daily activities of Business Development Managers and Account Executives and implement proven best practices.
  • Participate in business development activities to increase revenues.
  • Build strong client relationships, including overseeing client appreciation activities.
Operations:
  • Lead branch workforce quality by coaching and supporting Account Executives in employee retention, client service excellence, and maintaining a stable, high-performing workforce.
  • Take ownership of team performance by coaching team members and holding them accountable to sales quotas and growth goals.
  • Lead daily branch operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with company expectations.
  • Ensure branch teams follow company processes related to recruiting, onboarding, client requirements, safety, and compliance.
  • Support branch teams in resolving operational issues, removing roadblocks, and keeping daily execution on track.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of staffing industry experience (temp and temp-to-hire)
  • Experience leading sales and operations teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of branch P&L, gross profit, revenue growth, client retention, and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable to sales and operational goals.
  • Experience building client relationships and supporting business development efforts.
  • Ability to travel between Houston-area branches and client sites as needed.

Total Compensation includes base salary, auto allowance, uncapped profit sharing and bonus potential. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, LTD, STD, Life, PTO, PTO on your birthday and work anniversary, parental leave, monthly Friday flex day, and reimbursed tolls.
