Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Sterile Processing.
• CRCST (HSPA) or CSPDT (CBSPD) required.
• CER or CFER certifications required within 1 year after hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SOPs, standard works and competencies are up to date with current standards.
• Maintain and update training records and competency documentation.
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and on-the-job training.
• Develop performance improvement strategies based on data-driven gaps.
• Other duties as assigned.
