Job summary

Mosaic Life Care in northwest Missouri seeks a Sterile Processing Technician who supports the OR by maintaining the SPD quality control program and ensuring competency and education for staff.

Under the supervision of the Manager-OR Support/SPD, you will perform duties of a Registered Sterile Processing Technician, participate in SPD quality improvements, and coordinate in-services and training to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• 3 years of experience preferred.
• CRCST certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties of the Registered Sterile Processing Technician.
• Active member of departmental/ specialty team committees.
• Maintains competency records and educates staff as needed.
