Job summary

Elase is seeking an Area Manager to lead our Arizona spa locations with a strong focus on sales growth, KPI attainment, and EBITDA. You will supervise multiple clinics, coach leaders, and drive operational excellence across 5+ sites with 50+ staff, reporting to the SVP of Sales and Operations.

The role demands a track record in multi-unit leadership, P&L oversight, and a passion for the aesthetics industry. Hybrid schedule in the Phoenix area with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience; hospitality, retail or spa background preferred.
• 2+ years of experience managing high performing teams.
• Demonstrated P&L management and KPI achievement.
• Experience with multi-unit operations in beauty/wellness settings.
• Experience supervising employees with elevated medical credentials preferred.
• Strong computer and phone skills; familiarity with common software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-10 direct reports across 5+ locations with 50+ staff.
• Train and develop teams to high standards of operations and client service.
• Close collaboration with HR to elevate performance and accountability.
• Develop leaders through regular coaching and development plans.
• Drive revenue, cost control, and EBITDA through effective supervision.
• Oversee day-to-day multi-site operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Visit locations regularly to build rapport and observe key behaviors.
