Job summary

Purple Eagle Spas is seeking an experienced Senior Spa Manager for our Chandler location, with responsibility to support two nearby locations. You will lead operations, drive revenue, memberships, service quality, and profitability while developing other managers.

You will spend about one day weekly in the Valley locations, conducting leadership check-ins, reviews, and KPI analysis to ensure consistent execution of company initiatives and growth across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience managing spa/salon/hospitality/retail or membership-based business.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, membership, labor, staffing, and operational goals.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing employees and emerging leaders.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational performance.
• Ability to balance ownership of a home location with broader leadership responsibilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear and confident communicator with support and accountability skills.
• Willingness to travel locally between assigned Valley locations.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
• Experience with Hand & Stone or similar membership-based wellness brand is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the Chandler spa.
• Lead the spa toward revenue, membership, service, retail, staffing, and profitability goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
• Create a positive, accountable workplace with clear expectations.
• Maintain appropriate staffing across front desk, massage, and esthetics.
• Monitor schedules, payroll, labor, service capacity, and controllable expenses.
• Ensure consistency of policies, standards, and brand expectations.
• Maintain a clean, professional, welcoming environment.
• Address employee concerns and guest escalations promptly.
• Build relationships with members and guests and assist service recovery.
• Partner with leadership to execute operational priorities.
• Dedicate about one day per week to supporting two Valley Spa Managers.
• Conduct regular visits, check-ins, and performance reviews with managers.
• Help managers understand business, set action plans, and review KPIs.
