Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations- Retail Delivery to oversee site operations, drive growth, and maintain high service levels. The role reports to the VP of Operations and requires substantial travel across the United States.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, P&L, develop leaders, and build strong relationships with customer executives. Based in New Jersey or nearby region, you must excel in communication, strategic thinking, and operational leadership.

Qualifications

• Based in New Jersey or surrounding area preferred.
• Experience managing multiple locations (10+).
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Ability to develop budgets and manage P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Site Managers across locations to deliver high service levels.
• Develop relationships with customer leadership and regional teams.
• Create operating budgets and manage each business unit's P&L.
• Make daily decisions to drive service and profitability.
• Ensure operations meet company and customer standards.
• Develop leadership capacity to take on additional responsibilities.
