Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources seeks a Regional Solar Site Manager & Energy Storage III for Wagon Trail Energy Center in Oregon. You will oversee maintenance and repair, drive safety, and improve performance and profitability within the operation framework.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering, or 6 years related experience.
Willingness to relocate/adapt to different geographic locations.
5+ years hands-on field services operations leadership in utility-scale solar.
Ability to collaborate across a complex organization.
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent quality qualification.
Proficiency in network infrastructure, communication protocols, and web technology.
Track record of managing profit and loss.
Strong analytical and cross-functional skills.

Responsibilities

Ensures compliance to all PGD operational model processes.
Leads by example and emulates the PGD shared values.
Ensures all business activities comply with permits, codes, standards, and regulations.
Monitors, controls, and forecasts plant budgets and contractual obligations.
Maintains company equipment, facilities, and tooling.
Completes reports and uses computer-based applications.
Performs other duties as assigned.
