Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a Regional Solar Site Manager & Energy Storage III for the Oregon region. The role focuses on safe operation, maintenance optimization, and profitability for Wagon Trail Energy Center, overseeing performance and reliability of solar assets and energy storage systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field services leadership in utility-scale solar, possess strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and demonstrate expertise in safety and Lean Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or six years of related experience.
• Experience leading field services operations, preferably in utility-scale solar.
• Able to operate effectively in a matrix organizational structure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PGD operating model processes and policies.
• Lead safety, environmental reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on planned and unplanned maintenance and financial performance.
• Oversee solar site operations for external customers within contractual scope.
